Founder & Producer
Siena Oberman is an entrepreneur, producer and speaker who has done 25+ movies, frequently collaborating with Oscar nominees and winners. She enjoys creative development, packaging, budgeting, physical production, financial modeling, and AI. She loves taking ideas from concept to reality, executing on a business plan, and honoring the craft of great cinema. Her films have been accepted to Sundance, Tribeca, Telluride, Venice, and Berlinale. Variety named her one of its Producers to Watch, and Forbes included her on its 30 Under 30 list. She serves on the Board of the United Nations Council for Global Change. Before producing, Siena worked as a development executive and consultant, interned at Plan B, Paramount, and UTA. She studied Business and Cinema at USC.
Head of Storytelling & Innovation
Ashley TY Chao is an award-winning producer with over a decade of experience across studio productions, independent filmmaking, and international distribution in the US, UK, and Asia. She built her expertise at Legendary Entertainment and Warner Bros. before serving as Associate Producer on In the Land of Saints and Sinners (Liam Neeson; Venice) and co-producer on Sideral (Cannes; Academy Award shortlist). Her credits also include Four Letters of Love (Pierce Brosnan and Helena Bonham Carter), and she has produced verticals for DramaBox. She champions cross-cultural narratives on the global stage.
Creative Executive
Maddie Olejnik joined Artemis Pictures after working in development roles across a range of film and television companies. Formerly at Davis Entertainment as Executive Assistant to the President of Film & Television and William Morris Endeavor Talent Department. Olejnik has assisted in the development of pitch materials and projects that gained interest from Hulu, Peacock, Focus Features, NBC, and CBS. She loves collaborating with artists and aims to create movies that will inspire the next generation of storytellers.
She is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, B.A. in Entertainment and Media Studies with a minor in Film Studies. At Artemis, Olejnik is the lead on industry relations, operations with creatives and packaging partners, and building out the company’s development slate.
Operations Executive
Nicole Fahel is a Brazilian filmmaker with 8+ years of operational experience across features and shorts. Bridging creative storytelling with on-the-ground production and post-production, her credits include Wish You Were Here directed by Julia Stiles, Fairyland, and The Good Mother. She has served on the selection committees for the Diversity in Cannes Film Festival and HollyShorts, championing bold, emerging voices in cinema. She holds an Associate of Fine Arts from the New York Film Academy and a Bachelor of Business from Anhembi Morumbi. She loves developing stories with emotional resonance and building the operational systems that make ambitious filmmaking possible.
Finance & Strategy Executive
Jayden Mann joined Artemis Pictures after working as a Senior Analyst in Strategic Finance & Analytics at Amazon, which he came to after several years as a Trader at Archer Daniels Midland and Analyst at Six One Commodities. He brings a corporate finance background to the company’s development and production work, building financial models, investor materials, and slate analysis. He enjoys classic cinema, reading historical accounts of Hollywood, and learning more about great filmmakers’ creative processes. Earlier in his career he externed at UTA, worked as a freelance production assistant on set in Vancouver, BC, and volunteered at Sundance and TIFF. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University.
